Swana Coaching will assess your unique situation and help you find the appropriate level of care for your specific challenges. If coaching is right for you, then we will continue to work together.  However, if the assessment shows that you could benefit from seeing a therapist, Swana Coaching will help place you with the right professional through our Care Finder service.
